Come experience a soft snowy day in the white forest…
All the locals are here, the resident stag and doe, several of the local owls, a squirrel. Even the cardinal has dropped in to say hello and show off his shiny red plumage.

What Makes this card unique?
The actual design of the layers was created by my ownhand drawn using Procreate on my ipad, so the design is uniquely mine. While the layout of each card is the same, I try to vary up the placement of the animals. Also the shaker elements are hand mixed each time from a variety of elements. The picture here was taken from my first edition of the card. Since then I’ve taken to adding tiny red elements sprinkled in the mix to bring out the red foil border.
The back layer of the card is sprayed with my handmade white/silver shimmer spray, which means that it stands out subtly from the white background and the white top layer. The snowy foreground is detailed with a silvery glitter that is hand done, so that also differs from card to card.

The design process sounds so intricate and personal, with each card being a unique piece of art. It’s fascinating how you incorporate hand-drawn elements and mix shaker components by hand. The addition of tiny red elements to complement the red foil border is a thoughtful touch. The handmade shimmer spray and silvery glitter add a subtle yet stunning effect. Thank you so much. I’m glad you liked the design. The 2 deer are placed so they are in the foreground and looking at each other, with the red cardinal sitting on an antler for effect. For the other animals – the birds and the squirrel, I just place them where I feel like when making each card, so they could be a bit different each time.
